The
rise and fall in sea level after global climate changes is one of the most
important problems, which is surrounded by three-sided seas. The majority of
the world's population lives in coastal areas at an altitude of 10-20 meters
above sea level. structures with high economic returns such as agricultural
areas, tourism sector facilities and ports are located in the coastal region.
The main purpose of this study is to determine the changes in sea level on the
Cayeli coastline and to shed light on the infrastructure and settlement studies
to be made. The position of the title in this section is 120 mm from the top of
the page or upper edge. Results showed that the most important factor affecting
the river regimes is the amount of precipitation in the region.
