Zigana Turizm Merkezi’nin Sürdürülebilir Turizm Kriterleri Çerçevesinde

Yerel Destinasyon Yönetim Örgütleri Tarafından Değerlendirilmesi

Çalışmada Zigana Turizm Merkezi’nin (ZTM), Küresel Turizm Konseyi’nin

destinasyonlar için belirlediği küresel sürdürülebilir turizm kriterleri doğrultusunda

yerel destinasyon yönetim örgütleri tarafından nasıl değerlendirildiği analiz

edilmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın deseni

durum çalışmasıdır. Çalışmanın evreni ZTM yerel destinasyon yönetim örgütüdür.

Çalışmada veri toplamak için; görüşme, doküman inceleme ve gözlem yöntemleri

kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada önce, araştırma problemi ve alt problemleri geliştirilmiş,

daha sonra analiz birimi saptanmış, çalışılacak durum tanımlanmış ve araştırmaya

katılacak bireyler seçilmiştir. Ardından veriler toplanmış, toplanan veriler alt

problemlerle ilişkilendirilmiş, veri analizleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve elde edilen bulgular

yorumlanarak raporlaştırılmıştır.

In this study, it was analyzed how Zigana Tourism Center (ZTC) was evaluated by

the local destination management organizations in line with the global sustainable

tourism criteria which were determined by the Global Tourism Council for

destinations. Qualitative research method was used in the study. The design of the

study is case study. The population of the study is ZTC local destination management

organization. Interview method, document review method and observational method

were used to collect data. In the study, first of all research problem and sub-problems

were developed, then unit of analysis is determined, the case to be analyzed was

defined and participants in the study were selected. Then data was collected,

collected data associated with sub-problems, data analyzes were performed and

findings were interpreted and reported.
